Taurine in Grain Free Food
Hello, we have 10 months old Golden retriever, she is eating Brit Care Salmon & Potato Junior Large Breed dry food. There is a lot of information about grain free dry foods connections with possible taurine deficiency and heart problems (investigation of FDA in USA). Can I continue giving my dog only this Salmon & Potato grain free food and be calm that she gets enough of necessary amino acids for good development and especially strong heart? Or it would be good to change this dry food or to give additionally some wet canned food with high meat content or some raw meat to make sure dog gets enough of taurine? Thank you very much for Your advice.

I wanted to ask what is the difference between Brit care and Brit Fresh and which would you recommend for an almost three months old labrador. Hi we have been feeding the puppy with Brit mini grain free, puppy, lamb. The packet said it is for up to 10 months. So now I have bought Brit care, adult small breed lamb and rice. Is this OK or is he still too young for this. I am worried he might be missing on what he needs at his age if this is wrong. Thanks Peter
