General Appearance:
It is a quiet, gentle, smart, reliable, attentive, alert and fearless dog. It is good-natured and affectionate. Friendly with strangers, but always confident. The owner and its family is fully committed and if "its people" out of home it still cares quietly watching because it feels to be a full member of the "pack". Not permanently in outdoor pens, it needs to live with his family, to participate in its daily life, otherwise it is unhappy.
It is reasonably lively and if it was trained from early age r (socialized and educated), i.e. with feeling, kindly but quite strict, it is also good dog. It likes children and this breed is helpful and patient with them. It guards during game, it likes taking part in all games
Temperament & Behaviour:
Its upbringing does not have any particular problems and successfully it can handle even a beginner. Of course it respects the requirement of absolute handling. Owner must be nice, kind and patient during training it hates bad, cruel handling. It can become timid, fearful dog. For owner it is nice feeling to see this dog happy, cheerful not sad, unhappy.
It requires a lot of movement, although it can comfortably laze at home and also it welcomes the long walks, and a little work, for example. Pulling training (competition in pulling load on the truck).
For this large breed, it is necessary to pay special attention in the youth, in the period of rapid growth and dentition milk permanent. Puppy and young individual requires reasonable, not only in quality but also in terms of the content adequate nutrition.
Body:
It's a long-haired, tricolour coloured, slightly larger than a medium-sized, strong and agile dog a balanced, harmonious construction, with substance legs. Height at withers for dogs 64 to 70 (ideal. 66-68) cm and females from 58 to 66 (ideal. 60-63) cm.
The head should be strong, the size must match the size of the body, not to be too heavy. The skull is seen from the front and from the side slightly arched above. Longitudinal cutting furrow front to be very significant. The frontal slope (stop) is well defined, but not too steep.
The muzzle should be strong, of moderate length. Nasal bridge must be straight. The nose is black. Lips fitting to the jaw and teeth, and their edges are black. Teeth and jaw must be strong. A full scissor bite, but pincer tolerated. Full dentition is requested, but on the molars 3 (M3) is not considered.
The eyes are dark brown almond shaped with close fitting eyelids. Nor the sunken or protruding. The free edges of the eyelids are not acceptable.
Topline body decreases slightly when viewed from the elegant curve of the neck down to the tap, then running on straight, horizontal. The back should be firm, smooth and level. Loins are broad and strong, viewed from above slightly narrower than chest. The croup should be nicely rounded.
The tail is bushy, reaching at least the hock and is carried at rest hanging down, in a move above the level of the upper line of the body or slightly above it. The chest should be broad, the longest on the imaginary cross-section broadly oval and so deep that it reaches to the elbows. Ideally, it is height at withers depth of chest as 2: 1st
Feet are short and round, with well-knit, well-arched toes. They may be neither turned in nor out.
Colouring must be tricolour, with deep black base colour, rich tan markings on cheeks, above the eyes, on all four legs and front chest and pure white, symmetrical markings on the head and chest. On his head is a blaze towards the nose extending symmetrically on both sides of the white colouring end of the muzzle, should never interfere with the tan markings above the eyes and mouth corners. Moderately wide frill front of the chest stretches without interruption up to the throat. Desirable are white paws and tail tip.
Faults include uncertain behaviour, weak bones, clearly curly coat, lacking the white blaze on the head, white collar (around the neck), large white patch (whose largest diameter exceeds 6 cm) on the neck, cleft nose, overshot or undershot jaw, one or two blue eyes, entropion, kinked tail or curled into a circle.
