Hi, your dog is becoming to be adult. Peeing is tool of territorial beahvior. You wrote, that dog wants to "play" with cat. It is not true, I guess. The dog is trying to get the cat "under itself" in the hierarchy of your household. Pls, nex time, don't let the dog play with the cat, keep him doing something further away from the cat.
